Steve Carell and Tina Fey are on fire in Shawn Levys 2010 moviem, Date Night. After watching various trailers and teasers out there i'm fairly confident that it will do very well in theaters this month.
Tina Feys weight in the script was a little light i though. Her character played out a little too dumbed down. I realize that this was the intention of the story but still it fell flat in a lot of places for me.
Steve Carell, as usual, is all thumbs and elbows... and it hits right on. His nerdy, akward comedy comes through loud and clear in Date Night. Despite some recent weaker films Carell has starred in Date Night I think promises to deliver some serious snorts.
